It is hereby ordered that upon Tuesday the ninth (9th) instant such employees of the Executive Departments; the Government Print- ing Office and the Navy Yard and Station at Washington, as served in the Military or Naval services of the United States in the late Civil War of Spanish-America War, shall be excused from duty at one o'clock P.M for the remainder of that day to enable them to par- ticipate in the exercises of the unveiling of the statue erected to the memory of the late General John A.
